BARTENDERS

 

Front of house staff must be:

  • Friendly
  • Able to multitask
  • Ensure top customer service to all of our guests.
  • Be knowledgable in the service industry
 

Bartending duties include:

  • Greeting guests and properly taking order in friendly quick fashion
  • Running food and ensure guests received the proper food quickly and correctly
  • Handle money for all guest orders, maintaining all credit cards and cash checks
  • Taking to go/catering orders (when available)
  • Ensuring every guest is satisfied
  • In charge of pouring all alcoholic beverages for servers or guests
  • Maintain professionalism behind the bar
 

SERVERS

  • Line cook- follows OGGIs recipes when preparing orders.
  • Broils, grills, fries, and/or sautés orders while following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensures that all items on an order are completed at the same time, are visually appealing, and delivered hot in the window.
 

Prep Cooks' duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepares food items necessary to meet daily business needs by thawing, baking, portioning, breading, and preparing produce and proteins.
 

BUSSERS & DISHWASHERS

 

Back of house staff must be:

  • Line cook- follows OGGIs recipes when preparing orders.
  • Broils, grills, fries, and/or sautés orders while following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensures that all items on an order are completed at the same time, are visually appealing, and delivered hot in the window.
 

Busser & Dishwasher duties include but are not limited to:

  • Cleans dining items and all restaurant areas to provide a sanitized and visually pleasing restaurant to guests and team members.
  • Cleans used tables and returns it back to proper placement
  • Performs as a team member to provide a safe and hazard-free work environment.
  • Performs maintenance on equipment
